However, through the careful selection of a high caliber management and administration team, the sponsors of The Fund have taken steps to minimize the exposure to risk, while optimizing the potential for return on investment. The strength of the team combined with the selection of quality assets for inclusion in The Fund serve to limit the risks to this type of investment vehicle.

The board of directors of The Fund is made up of professional individuals with proven track records of leadership and success in the Cayman Islands. The board members are Naul Bodden, Danny Scott, Al Thompson Jr, Andreas Ugland, Mark Lewis and Derek Strauss. This group of individuals is responsible for the management of the strategic objectives of The Fund as defined in the Offering Memorandum.

The investment managers of The Fund, Terra Investment Advisors Ltd., comprise some of the most well respected businessmen in the Cayman Islands, including Ian Wight, Naul Bodden, Andreas Ugland and Donald Hunter. The collective business experience of these men spans over 80 years in Cayman. Through extensive due diligence, the investment manager will select properties that are structurally sound, well-maintained and are occupied by long-term tenants that are financially stable and committed to a presence in the Cayman Islands. The Fund is currently completing the application for listing on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. Walkers, who are a registered Listing Agent in the Cayman Islands, are managing this process. Walkers are also legal advisors to The Fund, orchestrating the production of the Offering Memorandum and the purchase of the assets selected by The Fund. The auditors of The Fund will be a recognised name from within the “Big Four” auditing firms, while the administrators will be one with both a local presence and international affiliations.

Each property within The Fund will be managed by Deloitte & Touche Property Managers Limited, who offer the widest range of international property qualifications in the Cayman Islands with professional financial management and reporting.
